PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – The FBI and Philadelphia Police Department are on the hunt for a suspect who is believed to be behind three recent bank robberies, and an attempted robbery, over the past two weeks.

Authorities believe the suspect struck as recently as this morning at the Wells Fargo Bank on North 52nd Street.

Police say the same man is believed to be responsible for robberies at the Prudential Savings Bank on the 1700 block of South Broad Street on December 22, the Valley Green Bank branch on 7226 Germantown Avenue on December 18, and the PNC Bank branch on 230 South Broad Street on December 15.

The suspect is also thought to be responsible for an attempted robbery of a Beneficial Bank on the 1600 block of Chestnut Street on December 11.
