NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — As New Yorkers brace for another possible winter storm, there are still some spots in the city where people are struggling to dig out from last week’s snow.

As Jose Lopez tried to move his SUV out of a parking spot on Eastern Parkway in Brooklyn, the huge ice built up around the vehicle ripped off his front bumper, 1010 WINS’ Glenn Schuck reported on Monday.

“This is the main street in Crown Heights and look how it looks, no good, not at all,” Lopez said. “We’re living in the jungle here.”
