UPDATE: A state police chopper is going to fly over Brunswick County in an effort to find Tommy Beasley or his vehicle.

BRUNSWICK COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) — Family and friends of a missing Brunswick County man are fearing the worst since 72 hours have passed since 52-year-old William “Tommy” Beasley was last seen.

missingdadShavonda Beasley, the missing man’s daughter, told CBS 6 News senior reporter Wayne Covil that she is terribly worried since her father never traveled far from his Belfield Rd. home.

At least two friends spotted him in his Chevrolet pickup heading down Belfield Rd. on Tuesday afternoon.

He was then spotted  about three miles away in the parking lot of Woodruff Convenience Store in Greensville County.

Brunswick County Sheriff Brian Roberts said investigators think he disappeared between 5 and 6:30 p.m.

And since  Beasley had no cellphone or credit or debit cards, Roberts said there is no way to track his movements…
